Fresno Texas Terrazzo, LLC is a family owned and operated business that specializes in terrazzo flooring, seamless epoxy flooring and coatings, and terrazzo restoration. Areas of expertise include stairs, base, vertical work, and intricate patterns. FTT is certified by the city of Houston, Texas as an SBE and MBE Enterprise, and recognized into the HUB program.

The owner Servando Rodriguez has over 40 years of experience and has mastered the art of installing intricate terrazzo. This passion was inherited to his three sons and daughter whom to this day continue the operations of FTT. The owner was awarded two awards for Superior Craftmanship and Extraordinary Craftmanship on the Bob Bullock State of Texas History Museum by the South Central Region of the Construction. He was also mentioned by the architect Robert T. Ritter in an article referencing the The Story of Texas Terrazzo mural.
